Since January 2016, this site has been my space to share my knowledge, experiences, and love for whole, plant-based foods. What started as a personal journey soon became a global platform where readers come for inspiration, evidence-based information, and easy-to-follow nutrition guidance.
My Journey
Growing up, I developed a deep passion for food — not just eating it, but understanding its impact on the body, mind, and overall health. This curiosity led me to train as a nutritionist and later become a certified Raw Food Chef.
Over the years, I realized how overwhelming nutrition advice can feel — one day a food is called “super,” and the next it’s labeled harmful. I wanted to cut through the confusion and bring people clear, science-backed, and practical advice they could trust. That is how Nutrition Refined was born.
