Ingredients

Detox Green Smoothie

  • 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 Persian cucumber
  • 1 kale leaf
  • 1/4 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 2 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 1 cup coconut water

Slimming Grapefruit Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 7 frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 grapefruit
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • pinch ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup coconut water

Energy-Boosting Tropical Smoothie

Antioxidant Berry Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup beets
  • 1/4 cup goji berries
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. acai powder (optional)
  • 1 green tea bag
  • 1/2 cup hot boiling water (to steep the tea)

Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 orange
  • 1 Tbsp. golden flaxseed meal
  • 1 tsp. fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1/4 tsp. ground turmeric
  • 3/4 cup carrot juice
  • 1/2 cup light coconut milk

Pre-Workout (Breakfast) Oat Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 Tbsp. rolled oats
  • 3 Tbsp. hot water (to cover the oats)
  • 1 Tbsp. golden flaxseed meal
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Post-Workout Chocolate Smoothie

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Store leftover smoothies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1 day.
